How does the product stay secure to the ground?

Eight metal stakes are provided with each MOD kit for use on lawns or surfaces in which stakes can be easily applied. Pre-drilled eyelets are at the feet of the post, and a single eyelet is found at the bottom of each Partition Sidewall intended for these stakes.

What surfaces can I install it on?

MOD can be installed on soft ground using the included stakes. It also has pre-drilled floor plates that can support anchoring to concrete patios or wood decks with the right hardware.

Do I need a contractor to install it?

No contractor is required for standard setup. Each MOD Pergola comes with the hardware and tools needed for assembly. Most customers complete setup in about 40 minutes, and the product is designed to avoid a long contractor-led installation process.

What comes in the box?

Each MOD Pergola kit includes the main powder-coated steel frame, four interchangeable faux-wood grain steel panels, one weather-resistant canopy, a hardware and tool kit, an installation manual, and ground anchoring stakes.

Can I leave the canopy on during rain or wind?

The canopy is designed for everyday outdoor use and light rain coverage. It is UV 50+ and water-resistant, so it helps create a more comfortable covered space during normal patio use. For stronger weather, heavy wind, storms, or harsh conditions, remove the detachable canopy to help protect the fabric and extend its lifespan.
